The contributions of collaborative projects of ubiquity, convergence, hybridism in territorial informational mobility

Abstract

In this study, we intend to make reflections on Contemporary or Liquid Society, the influences and impacts of technology convergence, the ubiquity of media, and hybridism of media contents. These four function variables independent or factors were the methodology used, although admitting the existence of model simplification and the existence of other less relevant variables. The informational mobility function in a territory was stablished through the concepts of external impact or independent variables: ICT; Ubiquity; Convergence; Hybridism as factors to the informational mobility. In order to show the dependence mobility of information resulting from these factors, an experimental methodology was elaborated, gradually, in order to facilitate the implication compression of the informational mobility in a well-defined target area, a learning community inside a social and economic vulnerable area. At the end, a model based in a function between the two administrative regions of the Federal District, where UnB is in a process of formation and implementation of the Learning Center for Social Innovation ”“ CAIS. The research development was based on the collective intelligence concept and in the implementation of Collaborative Projects, whose objectives were building content for digital literacies courses, computer content for communities, social network analysis, technical support and ICT infrastructure, and school management. It became visible as the actions, resulting from the development of collaborative projects, are interrelated and lead to an informational mobility and learning environment, based on the collective intelligence.”¨
